Send us love.....and food....and toilet paper...and other good stuff...

Hello everyone!
If you would like to help support us on our hike, we have composed a list of our re-supply stops. If you are someone who would like to send us a care package, you must address it exactly as we have typed... or we might not get it. And then we would be sad.

We would also love to hear how you are doing....so please drop a note if you have time!!

If you are sending supplies, here is an example list of helpful items while on the trail:
Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter
Individual Bags of Cheez Its
Fruit Roll Ups
TOILET PAPER
small packages of kleenex
individual small packets of Wet-Ones
Hand Sanitizer
Dried Fruit...yumm
Nutri-Grain Bars (Lauren Can't Have bars with nuts, so these are best)
Pop-Tarts
Gushers
Little boxes of cereal
Powdered Gatorade (super helpful)
instant rice
instant potatoes
instant grits
oatmeal
cookies
and any other creative, food you can think of that will be good trail food
the little packets of gummy food that has vitamins in it would be super good....since we will be eating all of this packaged food we will need whatever vitamins we can get!!
